We have seen an increase in showings, offers, and contracts. So, are we seeing a turn in the real estate market? Yes and no, in my opinion. I think we may be seeing a soft bottom with some of the recent price reductions. Others may have to follow to be competitive. I do think that it is a good time to buy.
