It is nice to know that we are seeing an increase in activity. This should continue to rise as we enter the spring and summer market. Overall the real estate market will follow the economy and consumer confidence will grow. Many wise people continue to worry about the long term effect of our national budget, large and ever increasing government programs, and the direction of the country. I will leave that subject alone for smarter people than me.

Good news is becoming a little easier to find. Today I came across this article in the Charleston Business Journal. It pertains enough to the real estate industry and particularly our region to take note.
