Real Estate Activity has Increased

I am glad to report that our office has been considerably busier over the last three weeks. Walk in traffic is much more frequent. Phone calls and internet inquiries are flowing in, and some offers are being made. We have several pending properties at this time. It will be interesting to see over the next couple of weeks how well this activity holds up. It will be interest to see whether new listings stop outpacing the number of sales. Our inventory is large for all aspects of out market, home sites, homes, and villas. It remains a buyers market. Lets hope that the economy continues to show us some signs of recovery!
