We have collaborated with Catalyst Architect firm to provide a package plan to simplify the building process. Wayne Rogers has designed well over 150 homes in DeBordieu. The process of picking a home site, choosing a plan, and working with one of the selected builders with Wayne's help makes for a great opportunity.

The “DeBordieu Collection by Catalyst” includes a group of unique homes (which will be built in DeBordieu only one time) designed specifically for DeBordieu Colony by Catalyst Architects. The houses in the ‘Collection’ are designed for coastal living. They feature open spaces, large porches, 4 bedrooms and 4 or 4 ½ baths, and quality materials and finishes. The houses range in size from 2,666 to 2,902 heated square feet. The projected cost range is between $525,000 and $595,000, including architectural fees, surveying costs (tree and topography survey), ARB submission fees (deposits not included), and a landscaping allowance.
